By downloading or using Moviegram, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the app.
You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app, any part of the app, or its associated trademarks. You may not attempt to extract the source code, translate the app into other languages, or build derivative versions. All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Moviegram.
Our goal is to provide a reliable and user friendly app. We may update the app from time to time. If we introduce paid features, we will communicate this clearly in advance.
Moviegram may process limited technical data (for example device information and app diagnostics) to keep the app stable and improve it. For details, please see our privacy policy.
It is your responsibility to keep your device secure. We recommend not jailbreaking or rooting your device, as it can reduce security and affect the app’s performance.
Third-Party Services
Moviegram relies on third-party services to provide content and to help us operate and improve the app. These services have their own terms and policies.
- The Movie Database (TMDB) (movie and TV metadata)
This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. - Vexo (analytics)
- Sentry (crash reporting)
Moviegram may include links to external websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those external services.
Limitations of Responsibility
The app requires an active internet connection to function optimally. This can be provided via Wi-Fi or mobile data. If you lack a connection or have insufficient data, some features may not work and Moviegram cannot be held responsible.
If you use the app outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider’s charges may apply, including roaming fees. You are responsible for any such charges. If you are not the primary bill payer for your device, ensure you have the bill payer’s consent.
Moviegram cannot be held liable if your device runs out of power and you are unable to use the app. Keeping your device charged is your responsibility.
While we aim to keep Moviegram accurate and up to date, some information comes from third-party sources. Moviegram is not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on third-party information.
App Updates and Termination
Moviegram is available on iOS and Android and system requirements may change over time. You may need to download updates to continue using the app. We may discontinue the app or terminate access at any time. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and remove it from your device if required.

We may update these terms periodically. Please review this page regularly for changes. Significant updates will be communicated within the app where appropriate.
